Let's make things right ASAP! Send us your order number with a photo of the assembled Trainer and/or issue you're having during assembly so we can fix the problem. A well-lit and clear photo/video is absolutely necessary for us to help, so please make sure to take one BEFORE contacting customer service to ensure a quick response.
